I need a Doctor Who tie for a wedding

Ooh I'm so mad with Zazzle.co.uk. I'd ordered a Tardis tie initially from them, but after I'd spent the money they sent an email to me saying it breached copyright and could not ship it out to me and refunded me the money. So I went onto their create a tie site and made up one of David in the Tardis and it looked really good and I figured, since I wasn't actually going to give it to anyone else and it was just for me and there were no signs of copyright flashing up on the screen, I paid my money and waited eagerly.

This morning yet again, another email arrived saying the same as the first. Thing is I'd set my heart on a Tardis tie and I need one for the wedding, its the last piece of my Doctor Who suit that I need for the said upcoming wedding (not mine I hasten to add). Anyone know where else I can get a Tardis tie, I don't want a Dalek tie, as much as I like Daleks, its the iconic Tardis that does it for me everytime.

Please help. Wedding is 17th May, so now an urgency to have everything ready so I can then save for the present. Have absolutely no ideas of that either, since they both live together already and have a house and all mod cons, what do you give a girl who has everything - legal and above board comments please.

I've put a bid in for the one on ebay, well a best offer anyway, won't hear if I've got it until tomorrow, however I do like that one that Astrid Peth found for about a tenner, I actually like that one better than the ebay one. So fingers crossed its still there tomorrow if I fail in the bid for ebay one, that's the one I'll go for.

Honestly you'd think if you can design your own tie on a site that doesn't appear to have a copyright policy available, you'd think you could buy it. Anyway, once the suit is finally all together I will get my son to photograph me in the get up. I'm still trying to grow my hair to spike up like the Doc's. Hopefully by May it will be just the way I like it. Then again.......

Ok the tie is now bought. Went to Doctorwho online, and bought the black Tardis tie for £9.99, so fingers crossed I get that one. The guy on ebay made a counter offer to me of £18, I declined.

So many thanks for the help you guys have given me in finding the tie especially Astrid Peth. Ahh, sleep easy now, well when the tie arrives anyway.

Well I'm still waiting for my tie, I have paid for it, but its still dragging on. I've contacted them too, you'd think they'd actually respond to my email. I need that tie pronto, I want to see what I look like in the whole garb before I go to wedding, I am thinking of customising my hat with a sonic screwdriver on the side, but likely will not bother unless it keeps my hat on in the windy area we're going to.
