Yeah I know - I linked to a BBC news item on Ten this morning!
I'm not a fan of Lee Evans at all, but I'm sure I'll cope for David's sake!!! ;D

Hi daveygirl1, thanks for telling me about this site. It's brilliant, and I'm too not sure about Lee Evans, I'd be expecting him to perspire heavily, pull a face like Norman Wisdom and come out with something funny. Here's hoping for something different. Not sure about the bionic woman as a sidekick either, but liked her in Merlin, showed a different side to her. 'We shall see' as they say. Hope you're feeling better now.

I agree about Lee Evans but RTD brings out the best in everyone and I have heard that Evans can do serious and is meant to be quite good at it. The proof of the pudding, as they say!!!
As much as it's sad it's also quite exciting too, cannot wait!! ;D

If we in Oz are really, really, REALLY lucky... we might actually get our easter special in May. Maybe.

Well, that's only a month late isn't it. From what I hear that's a great improvement on how long you've had to wait before!!! ;D

*sigh* So true. Last few seasons, we've been waiting up to six months for ABC to get it! I've been hounding those poor suckers day and night with emails! *angelic grin* What? The Whovians of Australia require a decent dosage of Tennant each and EVERY week of the year! XD

I'm thinking that me and David will meet at some point because a lot of coincidences have occurred, or maybe I'm thinking too much into it. 1. I've a Scottish connection - yeah ok, grasping at straws with that one but... 2. My son has two friends called David and Russell and knowing that I write scripts and stories, what are the chances that I know and I like two people by the same name??? 3. I had a recent drs appointment with a Doctor Donna-chie, come on, allow me that one, pleez!
There are a few other coincidences but I can't remember them all, they occur, I make a point of remembering them and then forget to log them in my journal.
I see lots of pics of David throughout my day, I see his name or Doctor WHo mentioned in school and compared to other events, teachers mention him or the Doctor. There are just so many signs pointing towards me and David meeting.
Or I could be completely barking. But I do believe in Destiny. So let's hope on the 16th Feb he's not hot footed it off to Dubai, although with the weather the way it is, wouldnt blame him, but I'll be in Cardiff with any luck!!!!

I take back what I said about Lee Evans, he was hilariously funny especially the Confidential piece when he supposedly hit the metal board on his way along the road. There are so many conspiracy theories about whose coming back and I can't wait to be honest to see how its done. NO SPOILERS!
It's weird, I feel like I'm going through a kind of bereavement, its like I know its going to happen, I don't want it too and I think we will need a councelling site for those who can't quite believe our Doctor has gone, when it comes up in 2010. I have so many different ideas for Doctor Who David related stories that they are buzzing around in my head when I'm meant to be writing my own story up. I've actually written up a few Time Lord things on another thread, and hoping you can add to it.
